Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw the next day’s portion in the refrigerator overnight (or for 4-6 hours) in a covered container; do not microwave. Some liquid when completely thawed is normal. Once you know how much your cat needs on a daily basis, you may also keep up to 4 days worth of food in the refrigerator, so it is defrosted and ready to go when you need it. Thawed KittyGut® Sous Vide food will maintain optimum freshness for up to 4 days under refrigeration.

Divide daily serving size into 1-2 meals for adult cats or 3-4 meals for kittens. Optimal feeding amounts may vary with age, size, breed, and activity level. Please refer to the feeding chart as an initial recommendation and adjust amounts based on your pet's individual needs. Always have clean, fresh water available for them to drink.

Daily Serving Size:

–Adult cats: 4 nuggets per day
–Nursing or pregnant cats, and kittens: 6 nuggets per day

New Users: Sudden changes in diet, including overfeeding, can sometimes result in digestive issues. Always introduce any new food slowly, over 7-14 days (take more time if needed, especially for extra sensitive pets). When transitioning from kibble to KittyGut®, wait at least 8 hours after the last kibble meal before feeding Sous Vide. During the transition period, gradually increase the amount of KittyGut®, while decreasing the amount of your cat's other food.
