The BARK Room is a safe & welcoming space for your pets to enjoy private playtime; this is NOT an open-gym play room or daycare. Reservations are for dogs that are from the same household or dog-friend groups that are on our Pre-Approved Play List.
If your pet would like a playdate with friends, an evaluation by one of our qualified associates is required prior to your reservation. Evaluations are available on Saturdays only. Please call in advance to schedule.
For timid or fearful pets, our private side entrance allows access to the BARK Room without having to navigate the hustle & bustle of the store. For extremely reactive pets, we can offer access to the BARK Room through our rear, service entrance.
Room Pawlicies
- Please check-in with an associate before entering the BARK Room
- For the safety of all attending pups, only snap/buckle and cloth/leather collars are allowed. Prong, pinch, electric and choke collars are not permitted in the BARK Room.
- No children under the age of 10 are permitted in the BARK Room and children over the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult. An exception to this would be for a family playing with only their own dog(s).
- Both children and pets must be supervised at all times.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule or cancel, you may do so from your confirmation notification. Please make any changes no later than one hour prior to your reservation, so we have the opportunity to offer your slot to another pet. No-shows and cancellations within one hour of your reservation are non-refundable.
