Returns and Exchanges
If your order arrived damaged, is defective or we sent the wrong thing contact us and we’ll fix it.
Within 30 Days of Purchase - Merchandise in new, resalable condition will be issued a refund based on your original method of payment. Non-resalable merchandise (i.e.: opened, damaged etc.) will be issued a Wet Nose Exchange based on the original purchase price paid. Simply place your new order online and we'll refund the difference when we receive your returned item. Shipping charges & clearance items are not refundable.
