Bath Suite Attendant
Where calm dogs, clean spaces, and great first impressions come together
Where calm dogs, clean spaces, and great first impressions come together
This Isn’t Just a First Job—It’s a Foundation
Because every great spa day starts with a great host
As a Bath Suite Attendant at Wet Nose, you’re the go-to guide for our self-wash clients—and the reason their pups leave clean and calm. From checking in guests and offering a warm welcome, to explaining how a Happy Hoodie works or why a lick mat makes bath time easier, your communication skills matter just as much as your hustle. You’ll help maintain our bath suites, keep laundry flowing, and make sure every towel is folded like it belongs in a five-star spa (because it kind of does). This is a fast-paced, high-reward job where you’ll learn responsibility, attention to detail, and what it means to truly support a team.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Bath Suite Attendant, you’ll be the friendly face that helps clients feel confident and supported during their self-wash visits—while also keeping the behind-the-scenes running smoothly.
- Welcome and check in self-wash guests with warmth and professionalism
- Make each dog feel safe and relaxed using Fear Free® techniques, treats, and calming tools
- Educate clients on how to use equipment like sprayers, lick mats, and Happy Hoodies
- Keep each bath suite clean, sanitized, and fully stocked between appointments
- Fold towels to hotel-quality standards and keep laundry moving throughout the day
- Restock products, refill supplies, and alert the team when inventory runs low
- Assist groomers with light support as needed (towel hand-offs, quick cleanups, etc.)
- Ensure every client leaves with a wagging tail and a great impression

What You Bring to The Pack
This role is a great fit for someone who’s ready to learn, loves pets, and takes pride in the little things—like a perfectly folded towel or a well-stocked shelf.
- A friendly, helpful attitude and strong communication skills
- Confidence interacting with both people and pets
- Willingness to learn about self-wash tools and Fear Free® handling techniques
- Great attention to detail (because yes, the way you fold towels does matter)
- The ability to stay organized and on-task in a fast-paced environment
- A team-first mindset—you pitch in wherever needed, without being asked
- Must be 16+ and available on weekends
