Bone broth is rich in nutrients such as collagen, glucosamine and chondroitin. We also add turmeric to our pork bone broth; a spice that's well known for its powerful anti-inflammatory properties. Bone broth has a gelatinous texture, and can be fed as-is or warmed up slightly and liquified.
