If your order arrived damaged, is defective or we sent the wrong thing contact us and we’ll fix it.

Within 30 Days of Purchase - Merchandise in new, resalable condition will be issued a refund based on your original method of payment.  Non-resalable merchandise (i.e.: opened, damaged etc.) will be issued a Wet Nose Exchange based on the original purchase price paid. Simply place your new order online and we'll refund the difference when we receive your returned item.  Shipping charges & clearance items are not refundable.

We’ll email you when the return has been received and processed.  We recommend that you insure your return so if it is damaged during the trip back, you aren’t liable.

Standard Delivery Time & Fees – Our shipping prices are based on weight and destination and will be calculated upon check out.  Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.

Shipping to Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana and Michigan –

• Purchases under $100 - Flat Rate Shipping $8.95
• Purchases over $100 - Free Shipping

Shipping to states outside of Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana and Michigan –

• Purchases under $100 - Flat Rate Shipping $8.95
• Purchases over $100 - Free Shipping
• Orders weighing 25 lbs - 49.99 lbs - Flat Rate Shipping $19.95
• Orders weighing 50 lbs or more - Flat Rate Shipping $29.95

We're sorry, but we do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii

Armed Forces Europe & Pacific –

• We are happy to ship to our overseas Armed Forces for an additional $15 Shipping Fee.

Order Cancellations & Changes – If your order has not yet entered the shipping process, you may cancel or revise your order within 12 hours after your order has been placed.  Please email your cancellation request or order change to info@wetnose.com.  Be sure to include your name and order number.  

Tax – Illinois state residents are charged all applicable sales tax.
