We promise to carry only the finest quality food and treats available.  We will only accept products made from human grade ingredients, free from animal by-products, artificial flavors and harmful preservatives.

We promise to offer alternative solutions to conventional methodologies. 

We promise not to carry items known to be harmful to your pet such as: rawhides, pig's ears, hooves, choke or shock collars, latex toys or plastic bowls.

We promise to be at the forefront of what's new on the market.

That said, we certainly don't want to take life too seriously.  Pets are fun - dress them, play with them, spoil them and be sure to give them a squeeze from us.
